This license is designed for enterprises requiring predictable governance, long‑term stability, and cross‑domain operational clarity.

This Enterprise License grants limited rights to organizations (“Licensee”) for internal use of Licensed Materials, subject to strict compliance.
1. Rights Granted
Subject to all terms herein, Licensee is granted:
- internal organizational use
- internal redistribution within the Licensee’s organization
- integration into internal systems
- modification for internal purposes
- creation of internal derivative works
2. Restrictions
Licensee may not:
- distribute Licensed Materials outside the organization
- publish or disclose Licensed Materials publicly
- use Licensed Materials in commercial products
- sublicense Licensed Materials

- use Licensed Materials to train AI or ML systems
