- Created the first risk assessment template in the enterprise.
- Authored the disclaimer statement that appears at the top of every Wells Fargo Information Security Risk Assessment.
- Streamlined risk assessment timeline 80% by building automated process and checklists.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) on multiple enterprise cybersecurity, technology, and risk assessment domains.
- Provided internal consulting services on complex information security projects in alignment with regulatory (PCI, FFIEC, HIPAA, etc.) and legal issuances, information security policies, baselines, and control standards.
- Created written risk assessments to identify and assess risks to the enterprise based upon environment and data classification to NIST standards.
- Assessments included evaluations of physical locations (site review findings, etc.), code reviews, penetration tests, vendors, encryption, infrastructure (hardware, firewalls, network, etc.), internally and externally developed applications (custom and commercially available), data, and legal hold.
