Perfect way to end a long week! A day in the life of a working Rock singer and musician is as intense as it is rewarding. Here’s a glimpse into one of those 23-hour days, fueled by passion, energy, and lots of good coffee.
The picture with this article is far from perfect, just like me. It was taken backstage while I was relaxing before a show. I was stretching and chilling out on in the green room before we went onstage last night. I’d ridden there on my motorcycle and had the absolute worst combo of helmet head and Heavy Metal hair. Love the Slip silk hair ties for keeping my wind-blown hair out of my face until it’s time to go onstage.
Afternoon Grind | Fitness and Preparation
Post-work, it’s gym time. I hit the steels, pushing my physical limits to stay in peak performance shape, like the former Cat 1 inline speed skater and athlete I am. Bodybuilding and my fitness routines are just what I need to rev up for the stage. After an intense workout, I head home to prepare for the evening’s show. Dressing up, loading my gear, and heading to the venue are all part of the routine.
Showtime | Onstage Energy and Connection
At the venue, I stretch and do warm-up scales and vocal exercises. This ensures I’m ready to deliver my best performance. It’s also a chance to play dress-up, because fashion is all about fun. It’s more than just clothes; it’s a statement!

My extensive stage experience has refined my ability to captivate and energize, whether I’m on stage or speaking at an event. I’m not here to take; I’m here to give energy and make sure everyone leaves with a smile. This enthusiasm seamlessly translates into my role as a speaker, where I channel the same enthusiasm and connection into every presentation.
